Share Your Muangthai Capital Service Experience for a Chance to Win a Lotus's Gift Card

Customers were invited to share their experience using Muangthai Capital services through muangthaicap.com for a chance to win one of six Lotus's gift cards worth THB 300 each.

How to participate

1. Visit the muangthaicap.com home page.
2. Scroll down, select the button for sharing an experience, complete the form and submit it.
3. Capture a screenshot of the submission and post it as a comment under the activity post.
4. Wait for the results. The committee's consideration and decision were final.

The activity ran from 17 October to 15 November 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Winners were scheduled to be announced on 20 November 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

Winners were required to provide evidence that they were current customers and send their full name, address and telephone number privately to the official Muangthai Capital Facebook Messenger account within seven days, by 27 November 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

• Participation was limited to current customers of Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited.
• The company reserved the right to change the conditions or prizes without prior notice.

Activity terms

1. Participants had to use their own personal Facebook account, be at least 13 years old and comply fully with Facebook's terms of service and other requirements.
2. Participants had to provide verifiable evidence of being a current customer of Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited to confirm prize eligibility.
3. Prizes were limited to participants residing in Thailand who correctly completed every step and condition.
4. Winners had to send their full name, address and telephone number privately to the official Muangthai Capital Facebook Messenger account within seven days after the results announcement. Failure to confirm within that period constituted forfeiture.
5. The company would send six Lotus's gift cards worth THB 300 each, with a total value of THB 1,800, to confirmed winners at the addresses provided through Facebook Messenger within 30 days after the confirmation period ended.
6. The company reserved the right to remove submissions or answers containing profanity, sarcasm, personal references, content contrary to public morals, or content likely to create religious, social or political conflict. It could also remove entries considered fraudulent, copied, imitated or edited, without prior notice.
7. The company reserved the right to change prizes and prize conditions without prior notice.
8. The company reserved the right to change, suspend or cancel any terms or conditions of the activity without prior notice.
9. If the company considered that a participant had acted fraudulently, falsified documents, exercised rights dishonestly or failed to comply with the activity conditions, it could disqualify the participant, suspend, change or cancel a prize, and take legal action as it considered appropriate.
10. Participants and winners had no right to claim compensation, damages or anything else in civil or criminal proceedings.
11. Participation was treated as voluntary consent by winners to join publicity activities, appear at events or in advertisements, and to the company's collection, use, disclosure, transfer or processing of participants' personal data—including Facebook account details, names, photographs and information used to participate—for winner announcements, advertising, public relations, marketing and related activities. The term also stated that winners' photographs and names could be published for advertising and public relations without further consent or compensation, and that winners' photographs would belong to the company.
12. All decisions and discretion of the committee and/or company were final.
13. Employees of Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited and its affiliates were not eligible.

Judging panel

The panel comprised a Deputy Managing Director, an Assistant Manager in the Administration Department and a Marketing Specialist.

Judging criteria

1. Participants had to be current customers.
2. Participants had to share their experience using Muangthai Capital services. The committee selected the submissions it found most compelling, in order, among entries complying with all conditions.
