Muangthai Capital Invites Applications for Non-Performing Debt Auctions

Muangthai Capital is accepting applications from parties interested in participating in its non-performing debt auctions. Applicants may submit registration documents to service@muangthaicap.com and debt.auction@muangthaicap.com.
Applicant qualifications
- The applicant must be a legal entity registered as a limited company, public limited company or asset management company.
- Registered capital must be at least THB 500,000.
- The company’s objectives must include purchasing or accepting transfers of claims from financial institutions or legal entities for management.
How to apply
Submit the company certificate and details of the company’s objectives, together with the authorized representative’s full name, telephone number and email address, to both email addresses above. Companies that pass the company’s review will receive an invitation to participate, together with a summary of the receivables included in that auction round.
