Notice on Information Sharing Services under the Your Data Initiative
Bank of Thailand Notification No. 47/2025 on regulations governing mechanisms that enable customers to exercise their right to transmit data in the financial sector requires financial service providers to inform customers of their roles in the data-sharing process.
Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries, Muangthai Leasing Company Limited and Muangthai Pay Later Company Limited, are financial service providers under the supervision of the Bank of Thailand. They may act both as data senders and data recipients through a standardized digital data-sharing mechanism in accordance with the Bank of Thailand's requirements.
Customers can exercise their right to share their own information under the Your Data initiative. The arrangements described in the Bank of Thailand notification are as follows:

Customers may exercise their right to share information held by one service provider with another to apply for services. Service providers must comply with personal data protection law and information technology security requirements.
