Construction agreement signing for the fourth Jitmetta Chuchat–Daonapa Building at Kong Krailat Hospital

Parithad Petampai, Deputy Managing Director of Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited, attended the contract-signing meeting for construction of the fourth ‘Jitmetta Chuchat–Daonapa Building’, an outpatient and dental centre at Kong Krailat Hospital in Sukhothai Province valued at THB 50 million.

Parithad described the intention of Chuchat Petaumpai, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Daonapa Petampai, Managing Director, to improve access to medical care for communities in their home province. Their goal is to support all nine districts of Sukhothai.

Dr Thanyarat Sittiwong, Sukhothai Provincial Public Health Doctor, explained that the facility would help accommodate the number of patients, which has increased each year, and improve the efficiency of medical personnel. Dr Jatuwat Warodomphan, Managing Director of Smart Green Building Network and LEED consultant, described the origin of LEED standards and environmentally responsible practices throughout construction. The meeting took place on 1 May 2025 in a conference room at Kong Krailat Hospital.

The four-storey outpatient and dental centre will have 4,300 square metres of usable space for outpatient treatment, Thai traditional medicine and dentistry. Arsom Silp Institute designed the architecture around the concept ‘Sustainability and Future Hospital’. Natural light and a healing-environment approach are intended to support physical and emotional wellbeing, create an airy atmosphere and preserve patient privacy. The parking area can also serve as a waiting space and a venue for community wellbeing activities.

MTC places importance on community and social development alongside business growth and considers stakeholders throughout its value chain. The company seeks to expand community access to public healthcare, provide opportunities for quality treatment, improve local quality of life and help medical personnel serve society effectively.
