Historical Relief Measures for Customers Affected by Southern Floods

Flooding in several parts of southern Thailand affected homes, transport and household income. Muangthai Capital recognised the hardship faced by its customers and introduced assistance to help affected customers recover and resume their normal lives.

For eligible secured and unsecured loans in Hat Yai, the company will waive interest for three months. In other affected southern areas, collection fees and default interest will be waived for three months. The measures take effect from 26 November 2025 through 31 January 2026.
