MTC Receives ‘Excellent’ Rating in the 2025 AGM Checklist

Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited (MTC) received an ‘Excellent’ rating of four medals in the assessment of the quality of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders among companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The assessment was conducted by the Thai Investors Association.

The result reflects the company’s commitment to good corporate governance, the rights and equitable treatment of all groups of shareholders, and meaningful shareholder participation.
