MTC Head Office Achieves LEED Gold Certification

Parithad Petampai, Deputy Managing Director of Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited (MTC), received LEED Gold certification for the company’s head office. The building was certified under standards associated with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).

The recognition was presented at the ‘LEED in Southeast Asia Series – In Dialogue with USGBC and GBCI.’ It reflects the company’s approach of advancing social and environmental sustainability alongside business growth. MTC focuses on efficient resource management throughout its operations, reducing pollution and long-term impacts on communities, and using environmentally friendly innovation.

The certification reflects a responsible-business approach that the company has upheld for more than 30 years.
