MTC Earns Five-Star CG Rating for the Sixth Consecutive Year

Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited (MTC) received an ‘Excellent’ five-star rating in the 2023 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies for the sixth consecutive year.

The assessment is conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association with the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission. The recognition reflects MTC’s continued commitment to strong corporate governance, transparent disclosure, consideration of economic, social and environmental impacts, equitable treatment of stakeholders and sustainable business operations.
