Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited, which had more than 8,000 branches nationwide, invited tradespeople and contractors to apply for branch repair, decoration and extension work. The company applied standard all-inclusive labour and material rates.

Contractor qualifications
- Applicants must accept the company's standard rates and guarantee conditions.
- Applicants may be legal entities or individuals.
- Applicants must have their own tools and equipment.
- Applicants must have a permanent address.
- Work carries a two-year warranty from the date the company makes payment, with a separate contract for each engagement.
- One guarantor aged 30–60 is required. The guarantor must be able to assume the contractor's obligations and must not be the contractor's spouse.
