Muangthai Capital Blood Donation Campaign 2024

Recognising the importance of blood donation and helping patients and hospitals facing blood shortages, Muangthai Capital organised its 2024 company-wide blood donation campaign.

The annual ‘Muangthai Ruam Jai Blood Donation’ project is intended to support society, particularly patients who need blood amid increasing shortages. In 2024, Muangthai Capital Public Company Limited set a target of donating more than 9,300 units of blood through employees nationwide, potentially helping as many as 27,900 people.

The company invited employees from more than 7,900 branches nationwide to donate blood to the Thai Red Cross Society and provincial hospitals, helping maintain sufficient reserves for patients who require transfusions. The Blood for Chance campaign seeks to give others an opportunity, save lives and advance the company's social and environmental activities.

The three-month campaign ran from 17 June to 30 September 2024. Employees could donate at blood-service centres and hospitals nationwide. On 17 June 2024, the National Blood Centre of the Thai Red Cross Society also operated an off-site blood donation service at the Suksamakkee Meeting Room at Muangthai Capital's head office for participating employees.
