How to Update Personal Information by Email

Procedure

1. Send the completed request form and supporting documents to the email address above.
2. Wait for an officer to contact you and verify your phone number using an OTP.
3. Wait while the information is reviewed.
4. You will receive the update result by SMS within 1–2 business days. You can then continue using the application.

• If you have never registered, proceed with application registration.
• If you registered previously, select Forgot Password, create a new password, and log in again.
